Dan has been working in the Telecom Network Management for more than 30 years. His main responsibilities included network and traffic interconnection arrangements. In this capacity, he overlooks various aspects of the network including service delivery, restoration and interconnection arrangements for customers, partners and suppliers. He also has played a key role in construction activities, vendor management and network expansions worldwide. Dan held various technical and operational positions with Bell Atlantic, FLAG Telecom (Reliance Globalcom), AT&T, and GBI and was involved with construction, network planning, Engineering and operations for landline, mobile, and sub-sea systems.
Piotr has over 25 years of experience in subsea telecom industry starting his career with TAT-9 trans-Atlantic cable project in 1991. Throughout the years Piotr has been involved in number of major subsea projects in Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia including FEA, FA-1, FNAL, and GBI covering manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning and operations of the subsea systems. Moreover, in the past few years Piotr has been working as technology consultant for major operators in the Middle East including Mobily in the Saudi Arabia. In his various positions, Piotr has supervised quality aspects of manufacturing, shipment, installation testing and final delivery of subsea systems including subsea cable, terminal equipment and cable landing stations. Additional responsibilities included development of QA processes and procedures to be used in post RFS day to day operations.
Dave has worked on and been responsible for all Engineering aspects of various Networks, which included validation of design, vendor and equipment selection, System Engineering and Cable Station specifications. Dave has over 25 years in the Submarine Telecom industry having previous experience with FLAG Telecom/Reliance Globalcom (Manager Subsea Technical Services) and Cable & Wireless (Executive Engineer, Global Networks) with duties that included Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations. Dave has worked on numerous Submarine Cable Systems constructions and operations including FA-1, FNAL, FALCON, HAWK, Southern Cross, Gemini, and GBI.
Neil has over 25 years experience in the telecoms industry. Currently Neil is on contract in Ciena as a Product Manager for Blue Planet Unified Assurance and Analytics. Prior to that Neil worked as a Director of Operations in GBI Cable System. Neil’s responsibilities included the setup of the Network Operations Center and the associated Operational Support Systems to ensure the smooth management of the GBI Network. Prior to GBI Neil held position of Director, Global Technical Services and Head of Global Provisioning and Restoration in FLAG Telecom (Reliance Globalcom). Neil has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bath University in Electronic and Communication Engineering.
In his area of expertise of Marine works, Steve has been responsible for all aspects of the marine build of the various Cable Systems, including desk top studies, marine survey, cable and route engineering, marine operations, marine installation and preparing for the operation and maintenance of the marine assets. Steve has over 30 years experience in Project Management, in the defense, engineering and marine industries, and has spent the last 20 years on the marine side of the telecoms industry. In this time, he held management positions in several leading telcos including BT, Cable & Wireless, GBI, and most notably with FLAG Telecom. At FLAG Steve was responsible for the marine implementation of all FLAG’s new cable systems, including the FLAG Atlantic, FNAL and Falcon cable systems. Steve has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from UWIST, UK. Steve is a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is a Chartered Engineer, registered with the UK Engineering Council.
Graham has been involved in the telecom industry for many year and held key technical positions in all the organizations he worked for, including: GBI whereas Engineering Manager overlooked system upgrades as well as, day to day operations of GBI Sub-sea Landing Stations. His responsibilities extended to all the Gulf countries. Prior to GBI Graham worked 18 years for British Telecom, 1 year for STC Submarine Cables, Racal BRT for 8 years and FLAG Telecom (Reliance Globalcom) for 11 years. Graham has held many technical posts, most recently being level 2 support on all SDH equipment and DWDM Transmission Systems worldwide.
Arvind has over twenty-five years of experience in the Telecommunication and Data Centre sectors. He has varied multi-cultural experience in fields such as Carrier Relations and Partnerships, Commercial, Legal, Business Development, Project Management and Managed Network Services. With his intensive knowledge of Indian, Asian and Middle Eastern submarine cable systems and carriers, he was part of the team responsible for the company’s North route for Gulf Bridge International. Prior to this he has held varied profiles in Reliance Globalcom (Flag Telecom), Cable and Wireless (India) and DHL (India).

With demonstrated history in Network Operations Center (NOC), maintaining both Submarine Cable system and Terrestrial Cable Network operated by a notable Telecom Service provider.
